Bonnie Reiter-Lehrer
Bonnie Reiter-Lehrer is Chief Marketing & Communications Officer of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation. She has 37 years of experience in the communications, advertising and marketing fields, having served the Jewish community for most of her career. Her background also includes management and program development positions with a major retailer and a university.
She received both a bachelor’s degree in Communications and a certification in Advertising from Florida Atlantic University. Her creativity is behind the production of numerous videos, short films and documentaries, as well as the success of hundreds of large-scale local, national and international events and marketing initiatives.
Her work has been recognized with multiple professional awards, including a Public Relations Society of America Bronze Anvil, a Florida Press Association Award, the American Marketing Association Marketer of the Year Finalist, and numerous advertising and production awards.
My Survivor touches Bonnie in a deep and personal way. Her late father, Julius, was a Holocaust survivor from Poland and the only member of his large family to survive. Thirty nine of his cherished relatives were murdered by the Nazis, including his mother, father and three brothers.
Bonnie's life work is dedicated to building and serving the Jewish community, Israel and ensuring a strong and vibrant Jewish future.
